Need to return an order?
If the product you purchased from Gianna Polo does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange by following the conditions below.
Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 20 days from the delivery date.
- Items sent after the return window may be rejected by Gianna Polo.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be returned in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or missing original components may be returned to the customer without a refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact our customer support team at contactus@giannacastell.com and provide:
- Your order number;
- Your full name;
- The reason for the return or exchange;
- Photos of the product, if reporting a defect (required for faulty items).
Our team will reply with detailed instructions and, when applicable, provide a return label.
Return Labels & Shipping Costs
A return label may be included in your package or provided by email once authorized. Gianna Polo will inform you whether the shipping cost is covered by the store or the customer, depending on the reason for the return.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange for another size or style, depending on availability. For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following the standard return procedure.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items (unless defective);
- Intimate apparel such as lingerie, unless defective, due to hygiene standards;
- Beauty and personal care products when sealed or hygiene-sensitive;
- Accessories or items with removed hygiene seals.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact Gianna Polo within 5 days of delivery. Do not ship the item back before receiving instructions.
Returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping method. Gianna Polo is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.
Return Inspection
All returned items undergo inspection upon arrival. If the item meets our policy conditions, the refund or store credit will be processed. If not, the item may be returned to the customer without reimbursement.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds (when eligible) will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund processing may take up to 25 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
- Store credit is available as an alternative option and is valid for 6 months.
Please allow at least 15 days after shipping your return before requesting an update.
